Ceiling Wiring - Looking For Ground Screw

I am hard wiring a radar detector into the wiring harness above the ceiling console in a 2016 Sierra. With the wiring "harness" I got with the device, I can easily tap the +12V red wire into the harness, but the black ground wire is supposed to be attached to a grounding screw.

So my question is, can either of the two screws that secure the console to the ceiling be used? Are they grounded? I do not have my voltmeter with me at the moment, otherwise I'd just use it. The alternative is just tapping into the black ground wire in the truck's wiring harness.

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
