2015 GMC 3500HD transmission failure 1st to 2nd. Hard shift

So my 2015 gmc 3500 has this crazy hard shift from 1st to 2nd gear and 2nd to 1st. I heard it's from this.

 

Truck is a diesel with Allison all options

Truck has 7k on it. All highway. And never seen rain.

 

Dealership says it's normal...

 

how do I make them take my tranny out and actually fix it like this dealership in the link I posted.

Call the GM District Rep ... be real polite ... he may steer you to a different dearship (take his hint) ... other dealerships have different service writers and view things in a different light (you can't fix stupid regarding the current service writer) and the District Rep may know this but can't come out and say it
