Swapping my 350 for a 396

In order to swap out my 350 small block for a 396 big block in my 93 Sierra 2500 what would need to be done in order for it to hook up to my transmission? And what would I need to do so that the brain will work with the motor?

Then motor should swap in/out using the same mounts and has the same trans bolt pattern. The cooling fan distance will be a slight issue and obviously the exhaust. The throttle body should bolt on also, however I would find a throttle body from a 454, it should also swap out easy. I remember people would use 454 tb's on 350's to get a little more air/fuel, assuming your yousing a big block TBI intake for your 396. Shouldnt be much if any computer work.
