Window belt moulding making noise?

My driver window makes a god awful noise when i roll it down... Sounds like the belt moulding is dry and rubbing the crap outta my glass... If i pull on the top of my glass inward and roll it down the noise is gone... Anyone had this problem?

O ueah it seems to do it only when its cold out side..

  Have a look at the Diode Dynamic C1R light. It installs in minutes with their wiring harness and is super bright when backing up.   Guys, thank you so much for the help! Dealer called back and is willing to participate $7,000 towards lifter and cam shaft replacement. Basically complete engine rebuild. Our cost will be 5k. These replacement parts will be covered by a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty.
