Caliper bolts working their way loose or completely shearing off.I've had 2 incidents where caliper bolts have caused dangerous driving conditions.Any comments or insight would be helpful.Thank you.....

  Shouldn't the fault be saved and able to be pulled with a reader? Otherwise, maybe start taking pictures of it which will have a date and time stamp, so you can build your case.
