How do you have you accessories wired and what are they?!

Example. I have a light bar with a wiring harness going to the battery. Sometimes it flickers when the truck isn't started and has been on a few times when been turned off for a while. How is everyone running accessories and what are they?

Sounds like you have some wiring issues there...

I haven't wired in any accessories yet but I'm starting to accumulate parts for wiring up an underhood light. A lot of people get by using an inline fuse but it would be nice to have something a little tidier that allows for more accessories in the future.

I'm looking at doing something like this

I bought my lightbar and the harness these guys sell, comes with relay, switches and fuse; all I had to do was extend it, plan the routing, connect and be done with it, it hasn't failed nor flick. I had it installed in my Colorado and transferred everything directly to the Silverado.

Will be hard wiring a radar detector soon, then finishing my 'stealth camper' build to include 2nd isolated 'house' battery to power an ARB fridge and inverters for whatever else I need to charge or run.

How much do light bars go for these days and what the output on them?

Light bars are ridiculous. I like the auxbeam ones. They are awesome and will not make you go broke.

LED tailgate light bar wired with a curt t-connector and spliced to the left reverse light with a butt connector. No issues in the few thousand miles I've gone since installing. Considering hardwiring the charger for my flashlight as well as adding front led bar and fogs.

I installed a $20 backup sensor kit. It gets main power by tapping into the reverse light, but I found it annoying that the system was still active when the truck was off. I wired in a relay from an ignition power source so the sensors only work when in reverse AND the truck is on.
