Trail Blazer Stalled

My TB stalled after idling for about 5 min. in my driveway the other day. It only has 2500 miles on it ??? . It started up right away, but there wasn't an SES light or anything. There was a half tank of 87 gas in her at the time.

 

I occasionally noticed a slight hesitation going from reverse to drive after it has sat overnight. I called the dealership and they basically said there is not much they can do unless it happens consistently (which it doesn't) or if the SES light is on.

I have been having this problem also with my 2002 Envoy. I had taken it in once to the dealer and the updated my Computer with a new Program release and it stopped for about a month and came back.

Went back and was with the Tech and his TechII and he downloaded the software out of the Envoy and then plugged the TECH II into a computer for analisys. There were 4 computer updates that needed to be done on my Envoy. Well he downloaded them and installed to the Envoy. MAN it now runs great and is more peppier and gas milage is back up to 23 on the hwy(3.42 gears). Take it to the Dealer and request them check for software upgrades on you Vechicle....Later..Hope this helps...JohnB

It has only stalled that one time, but I still get that occasional stumble when I press the gas. I'll have the dealer check the computer.
