radio doesn't scroll through fav pages using steering wheel contro

I had an 2010 LTZ with the factory bose radio and I had 3 pages of favs(presets) if I was on the last preset of page 1 and I pressed the up on the steering wheel control it would move to the 1st preset of page 2 so I could scroll through all 3 pages of my presets using just the steering wheel controls.

 

I now have a 2010 Sierra SLT with the factory nav/backup cam/bose radio built into the nav screen. I have it set to have 4 pages of presets. if i'm on the last preset of a page and I press the up on the steering wheel control it moves to the 1st preset of the current page instead of going to the next page. the only way to get to the other pages is by pressing the fav button on the left side of the screen. This is really annoying to me. Does anyone know of a way to make it go through the pages using steering wheel controls. I looked all through the settings and can't find one for this. A friend's tahoe with the same set up changes pages the way I want mine to. I'm baffled.
