2015 2500hd vibration

Any updates with the vibration issue with the 2500hd.gas job with factory 20"wheels.been to the dealer twice.service manager admitted could feel something but gave me the BS line.vibrstion was there from day one,truck now has 3900 miles.It's not the tires I've changed them. Still using factory wheels.vibration starts at 40mph dosnt go away if you shift into another gear or into neutral.thanks for any help

Took my 20" of went with 18" and some good tires. Resolved

I have had my 2015 hd for 6 months and have had it tested several times and they did a pico test and tried something changing something on the exuast and didn't work, next changed the fan clutch that didn't work, mine has a vibration usually around between 2000rpm and 2200rpm, most noticeable when pulling a hill. very frustrating that they can't fix it, they even tried telling me that all trucks have vibrations at certain rpms, well I have had several Chev and Gm trucks before this one and have never had this problem before. they know it does it and they know others are doing it so why are they figuring it out is my question?

The vibration issue is real.2016 2500 wt. Between 45-65 mph. Low rpm, louder on a hill. Took it to the service center 3 time . First visit, they put 18" michelans on it and a piece of dynomat. They claim its because the noise canceling in the wt's is insufficien . They claim its a 4th wheel vibration with drive shaft vibration amplified and it shows up in the cab, and felt in the steering wheel and pedal. This is unacceptabl . This vibration has not been diagnosed long term for potential wear issues post warranty. Also, vibration sickness is a real thing. The reverberation inside the cab is distracting and unsafe, and makes the vehicle unreliabl . BBB is involved and we are going into arbitration. Note... When the BBB claim is filed , expect GM and your dealer to flee. They will treat you as the bad guy, be useless, offer you nothing, and direct you to GMs claims office. Have your facts in order from day 1. Record dates, take it to your own Certified mechanic, record all conversations relating to the diagnosis of the vibration. Be prepared people. Chevy nerds to recall these truck .

One quick too also, I got my service manager to admit that he didn't know this vibration was "Normal" in the 2500 model . I got him to issue me the exact truck as a rental to test if it made the same vibration. They basically admitted fault by doing so. I took down the managers name, and the VIN of the defective rental vehicle. Get this evidence to help you. Tell them what you want. Get all info before you file your case with the BB .

Recall? Vibration in the HD is extremely rare. These trucks are tried and true very reliable but any truck or car can have issues such as vibrations.

2015 duramax diesel, 4x4. Been in dealership for 2 months. Tires changed, axle shafts rear changed, torque converter changed. Tired of making payments on a truck I can't count on. Have an older Chevy, 300,000 plus miles on it & it outworks the newer Truck. Any direction how to resolve this

2016 2500hd 6.6 crew 4x4. Went in at 712 miles

 

First round of tires coming...will see where it goes from here.

Any resolutions to the vibrations? I bought a 2015 2500hd with 6.0, 76,000 miles and it has a loping vibration all the time. Park, neutral, drive, but the vibration is worst right at 53 mph. Had tires rotated and balanced twice. Drive line inspected, shafts, u joints, diffs, transfer case. They looked at everything they could see without too much disassembly. No codes/lights lights. Diagnostics show nothing wrong. Only thing I could find is the steering lines from the pump have a strong vibration in them, one exhaust bolt broken at back of manifold and the brake pedal gets a little harder if hauling a load but not so much that I’m really sure somethings wrong. Also turning from a stop seems like the wheel gets a little tight. Being new to this type of system I’m not sure if the vibration or tighter wheel in slow turns is normal? Been chasing my tail and mechanics are lost. Any ideas?
