Automate Automatic Starter

Hoping that someone out there can help me with an annoying problem I'm having...

 

I have an Automate automatic starter on my truck that was installed by the dealership a couple years ago. Lately every time I press one of the buttons on the remote it beeps four times. I originally thought it was low battery so I swapped it out but its still doing it. All the buttons work fine (on this remote at least some of the buttons on the other remote don't work)and the truck response to the remote. I've been trying to get a hold of automate but it seems almost impossible.

 

Does any one have an Automate auto starter? If so have you had the same problem? Have you ever been able to contact them?
