Anyone have any HVAC blend door actuator issues?

Seems to be pretty common problem on other GM models, but I searched without any luck for newer Silverados. The actuator door on the drivers side seems to click at random times when its trying to adjust the temperature inside the cabin.

 

Looks like a bear to replace as its tucked under the steering column nicely.

 

Anyone have any experience, or part #s?

Many years ago I had a (2004) truck with the issue, but this is the first one I've heard of on this generation.
