New Truck Owner Seeking Advice

Recommended Posts

Posted

Hello,

I've just purchased my first truck and I'm looking into modifying it a bit.

I want to add a leveling kit and I want to add some all terrains or mud terrains.

Anyone have recommendations on what's a better choice for my truck and what sizes will fit without rubbing. It is not a 4x4 and I probably won't go off-roading, I'm aiming for a simple good lucking truck.

This is my 2016.. I am aiming for the same outcome you are.. So far I have decided to go with the bilstein's up front to get almost 2" inches of lift making the truck look level. They are bilstein 5100 shocks, height adjustable... I only did the front and I like the way they ride, so I am ordering bilstein shocks to replace the rears as well.. As for tires in torn. I'm debating going with good old bfg all terrains or nitto terra grapplers, I've had both on a previous vehicle and both looked great.
