1986 k10 ...I have three ports on my sending unit and two tanks witch lines to where supply return and vent

Are you talking about the fuel tank selector valve? The larger lines (3/8") are fuel supply, the smaller is return

Ok you're actually talking about the sending unit on the tank..... just needed to be sure that was it and not the selector valve.
