03 Silverado whining/whistling noise (video)

Hi guys have searched around but haven't come up with anything similar so here goes.

 

Have an 03 Silverado 1500 LT 5.3 with about 117k miles on it, developed this noise a couple months ago, it started happening only once in a while and only when the truck was just started - went away after a couple minutes. Recently it's been almost every time I use the truck and doesn't matter if it's cold or warmed up. As you can hear it increases in pitch with RPM's. I've tried to get under the hood and listen but haven't been able to make it happen while parked. Recently changed the alternator and fuel pump and had the air intake off to get to the belt tensioner - seemed to have gotten worse after that but could also be a coincidence as the truck sat for a week after the repairs.

 

Any suggestions are appreciated!

Sounds like there is not a complete seal in or around where the intake tube meets the manifold. If you tighten the hose clamp and tape the seam and still get noise, might be a small hole in tube
