Max tire size low offset with '15 Silverado 1500 5" lift?

I have a 2015 Silverado 1500 with a 5 inch Rough Country suspension lift. I would like either 325/65R18 or 325/60R18 tires with a 10" wide, low offset wheel (-24 or so) to have them stick out a ways. I can do with minor plastic cutting but would like to avoid any metal cutting. Please and thank you for your thoughts

Probably have to go with 325/60 to fit. And that'll rub a little bit but that wide of a tire will look pretty cool.
