Why no 2.5" raised height shocks?

Raised height 1.25" or 3" and up is all I have found. Is one of those supposed to work for a 2.5" level?

 

And I did an unsuccessful search for the topic before posting.

Let me rephrase. Would Bilstein 5100 front shocks eliminate the need for the shock spacers after a 2.5" level?

Shock spacers are required for all shocks on a leveled truck, the aftermarket shocks are no longer then stock, stupid I know.
