Rough Country 5" vs BDS 4"

I've been to a couple of shops and had different recommendations so I'd like to get everyone's opinion on here before I make a decision. I have a 2011 Silverado 5.3 2WD LTZ Crew Cab that I need to get tires for. One of the wheels are actually damaged so I'm riding on a spare at the moment and they want $400 for a factory 20" wheel so I figure I might as well just buy aftermarket wheels and since I need tires anyway, now is the best time to put a lift.

I am thinking about the Ultra Predator 20x9 -12 (they don't seem to make the 20x10-25 anymore) with Toyo Open Country MT (or RT) 33x12.5R20 tires. One shop recommended to go with the Rough Country 5" lift and said it would be fine. Another shop told me that kit was a piece of junk and I would almost certainly have problems and recommended to go with the BDS 4" lift and they claimed it is MUCH better but as you can see there is a significant price difference and also the 1" difference in lift.

What are you thoughts? Some questions I would have would be about ride quality, longevity of parts and lift height because they mentioned that some kits sit high and some sit low and they don't always come out exactly what they are labeled as.

I have buddies with both of these kits. Neither one has had problems with

either of their setups granted neither one has never done any serious wheeling with them. I would go RC and spend then extra coin on some coilovers.
