Chiming in here.. I have the same exact issue on my 2014 1500, the dealership replaced the TCCM a couple days ago and it didn't fix the issue. They called GM technical support and apparently there is a newer TCCM as of 2018 to replace it with. They ordered the new one and currently waiting to hear back if it solves the noise.
