How to put led pod fog lights on a non fog light bumper

Looking to do led pods in my front bumper for fog lights. I don't have fog lights just a solid chrome bumper. Has anyone done this. And if so please inform how you did it.

I'm looking at doing the same thing, did you ever make it work with yours? I'm thinking about cutting a hole where the tow hooks would be and flush mounting there
