I need HELP - Speedometer

I have a 1984 s10 blazer, had this blazer for 18 years now garage kept, very nice condition. Took it out to get full serviced cause going to sell it. The cluster was messing up, so I got one from the junk yard and proceeded to make 1 good one, from 2. In the process I broke the speedo. I got another speedo from the junk yard but it had over 500k miles on it. Found a guy said he could put it back to the correct mileage, he broke it. Had to find another one, it had over 200k on it, found another guy he broke it. So basically I need a 1984 s10 blazer speedometer that has 115k miles on it. IS THERE ANYONE That can do this Or has one?

 

I have an expectation sheet from the last time I was inspected in 2008 with roughly 108k miles on it
