Adding cooled/vented seats

What's the best way to add vented seats to 2016 crew cab, with factory heated leather?

you will need perforated leather or it will not cool

I want to add it, is that something a dealer can do ?

While the dealer can change out the seat covers, you will also need all of the ventilation system for the seats. The obstacle will be the programming, I think that is handled thru the BCM and the dealer has no way to change the programming in the BCM to turn on the ventilated seats function.
