5" Lift with stock 18"

2014 Silverado with the stock 18" Z71 wheels.

currently on a 285/65/18 BFG K02

While i know it'll be "doable" to lift the truck and run this setup, my question is, will it look decent? i know the stockers arent the widest and most aggressive wheel to run with a lift but if it'll be close enough itll be good enough lol

maybe throw a spacer on there afterwards and call it a day?

TL;DR

Wanna do hood rat stuff but dont want to buy new wheels

I thought there was a thread in this but can't find it. I would like to see pictures of this setup if someone has done it.

I run 35x12.5 on my stock 20's. And on my 2010 I ran 33x12.5 on my stock 17's. The problem is offset. If your lift uses diffrent spindles your stock wheels won't work. On a big leveling kit your stock wheels will work, but be sucked in. So to make it look right you'll need big wheel spacers which suck. Factory 20's have better offset. But my advice is just get some cheepo wheels from summit or Amazon. Some look pretty good.
