2016 Tahoe Lt Heavy Load Temp.

Hey guys/gals

I'm new to the Tahoe world, coming out of a 2014 Silverado 1500 Z71, and notice the coolant temperature goes above 210 under a load but drops back down to 210 afterwards. Is this normal? I took it in and they compared it to another Tahoe on the lot and it did the same thing but I'm still not convinced. How does your 16' Tahoe preform fellow owners? Thanks for your input!

I got a couple of Tahoe's, I'm wanting to say this is normal. I do a lot of heavy hauling in both trucks and glanced down the other day in the newer one and saw the temps climb. The starting temp probably wasn't as high as yours, but the air is much cooler on California Central Coast versus AZ. Didn't really pay too much attention to the final numbers, but it's driving fine.
