1998 Z-71

I have a '98 z-71 and i tired doing a search but couldn't find out how many grease fittings (zerks) there are. Does anyone with a '98 know. Thanks.

On my 1997 there are 11 total Zerks on the front end. Hope this helps.

Thanks Canadian Z71. I found 10 and thanks for the help I got the 11th. FYI -- I found another by accident when I was changing the transfer case fluid. On the rear of the front drive shaft nearest the transfer case mine had a grease fitting.

If you have one there, you probably have one on each u-joint.

I have 11 just on the front of my new body style '99 and none on the drive shaft.

 

Finding Grease Zerks

My '01 only has 11 on it. I will have to check the rear U-Joint.
