Cab marker lights

On my 03 reg cab 2500 i have the chicken lights. I deleted some wires that looked aftermarket and now they dont work anymore.

 

They did come on when a toggle switch was flipped when the light knob was in the top two positions. Now they do not.

 

Any guidance or wiring diagrams to show me how to rewire it so I can have my cab lights working agans?

Switch on middle of dash on right is for a Plow "whirly bird" light, and is part of the plow prep package ( if you have it, it will have a wire above the headliner hooked to nothing)

The Clearance lights are on their own harness ( from the factory), that plugs in on the PASSENGER side junction box, at the Bottom of it. This box is behind a Triangle shaped panel, at END of Passenger side of the dash FACING the door.. Good luck!!
