97 c1500 dash gauges

hi guys, I have a 97 c1500 that some one swapped the ole 4.3 out of it and put a ls1 in and carbed it. Well who ever rewired the new motor left all the wires in the engine bay that weren't connect to anything on one end but the other end was going into my cab. I wanted to clean up the bay some so I cut the pigtails out and taped all the wires separate so they aren't touching. Not a smart idea because not all my gauges don't work properly they will spin back and forth. Also if I turn my lights on my fuel pump and gauges all come on. Any input would help greatly.ad6b4603f53305fd1d5219595b3bb222.jpgb02e33f9af2e83e3b9b4b5159d6e25e8.jpg72d42397cdaf4fa15b41414db053bc95.jpgab02f285805ec6ccdebabe34153f1ad3.jpg
