Noise from from vents/blend door

So I have this sound that is coming from the bottom of the dash around the blower motor area. It sounds like something is loose. It comes and goes at random times no matter if I change any settings or temperature. Sometimes it's really bad sometimes it's not even there.

 

Also when it happens I can feel the whole bottom cover vibrating around the blower motor. I've removed the blower motor and turned it on while holding it, and no noise or vibrating. Works like a charm. So I'm assuming maybe a blend door is loose? But I'm hoping someone else has had this problem and found a fix or maybe has any info to chime in on what they think it may be. If that blend door gets bound up and doesnt move , the motor that runs it gets hot and bad things happen. get it apart and see if you can fee it up, or replace the motor ( pretty common)
