2012 sierra vs. 2012 sierra denali

is there a difference between the programming in the ecu/pcm/tcm between the 2012 sierra denali and the regular sierra? I called GM to find out and the lady could hardly speak f#@*ing English, pissed me off.

You know I can't say with 100% surety, but I'm going to say there probably is a difference. I say that just because of the different equipment levels and what not. And, yeah, it's a shame you can't make a simple phone call anymore.
