Need help with wheel offsets

I have a 2014 Sierra SLE with factory 17" wheels. I would like to purchase some wheels with an offset but I'm lost. Not sure what the factory offset is or what I would need to bring the tires an inch or two outside of the fenders. What offset would I be considering to achieve this look?

I had a 2009 GMC Sierra 1500 with fuel mavericks on it with a -24 offset that sent the tires out about A inch out of the fender wells. I had 33X12.50X20 nitto trail grapplers as tires. Factory rims have a 0 offset which sets the center of the rim in line with the studs. Negative offset sends the tires out. Positive brings it in.
