I went with the Phillips 4300K bulbs because they had the highest lumen output.

I'm beginning to think the CANBUS add was a waste. The truck isn't telling me anything but my OnStar reports are telling me my headlights need checking.

 

Anyone else running these without the CANBUS links that can tell me what their OnStar reports are saying?

I had mine installed without CANBUS and haven't gotten any reports inside the truck or from OnStar.
