Need Help with Name Of Front End Part

I have a 2004 Silverado 1500. It's also a 4wd. I replaced a front end part a few years ago. It was on the passenger side and I think there is only one on the whole truck. It's a part that when broke your truck pulls in either direction especially when braking. It just yanks one direction or the other. Need to remember what the heck it is so I can purchase another. Brain is failing me right now.

Make sure the bracket it mounts too is good as well. Those have a grease fitting at the top that often gets overlooked. If you go new OEM GM it comes as an arm and bracket assembly. Aftermarket they sell both pieces separately.
