Looking for part number for the Black Valance panel (aka Filler plate)

I am looking to change the look of my truck and I would like to start with replacing the beat up Chrome valance panel with a shiny new black one but I can't find a part number for it. If you know the part number, please post it.

I assume this is the piece you mean since the valance was never chromed.

 

GM#22944882 is the Chromed skid plate

and GM#22944883 is the black one, there's also a silver one GM#23459714 or a paintable one GM#23324216.
