Ever had one of those days....

I just couldn't seem to catch a break today.  I had to check for a sign taped to my back that says "Come mess with me."  This morning I decided to take take the 'vette out for it's first appearance this year.  Just a short trip to warm everything up and blow out the cobwebs.  All of a sudden this little Imprezza (WRX wannabe) with big wheels start to mess with me.  I just ignore him at first, but that angry bumble bee sound got really annoying after 4 red lights.  He just kept speeding up and slowing down.  Finally at the 4th red light, I just let him have it.  I think I scared the sheeeet out of him when I barked second gear.  I lost him after that and decided to go home before I attracted more idiots.

 

Too late!  Later this afternoon, I had the Z71 out running errands.  Stopped off at the post office to mail a couple of letters and had a guy with one of the new F150 FX4 tell me how much better his truck was than mine.  Pretty much just blew him off.  On the way home, a Toy Tundra 4x4 kept trying to do the same thing as the earlier Imprezza did.  I finally let him have it.  Finally, I let him have it.  The only way he ever got in front of me was when he ran through the next red light when I stopped.

 

Just wondering where did all the idiots come from today? :ehh:

that sux.  whenever i drive my g/f's mustang rice boys in civics wanna race...i always beat em.  there is a tundra owner near where i live, i have raced him 4 times and won every time.

It has been a while since they messed with me.  Guess I had been lucky until now.  However, I was glad to see it was someone else's turn today.  A little rice racer was messing with a new Ferrari 360 today.  Cops pulled the little rice racer since they were starting to block traffic and the dumba$$ passenger in the rice racer was hanging out of the window yelling at the other driver.  That's justice, I guess

Carguru, I get the same sheeiit with little honda buzz boxes wanting to race when I have the Camaro out.  Unfortunately after they draw first blood, I suck their custom body panels and vinyl enhancements off.

How's this for justice?  Comic relief after work anyways.  I was coming back from work today and the little Imprezza thing from the other day was really haulin' during rush hour traffic.  He was weaving in and out of traffic.  Little did he know, there was one of our city's finest a couple cars ahead of me.  He caught the officer's attention as the ricer was coming around me and the officer slowed down below the speed limit.  Riceboy didn't see him until he was right next to the officer.  I guess he was so preoccupied with the officer next to him, he failed to slow down for the RR tracks.  Normally taking the tracks in a normal car at speed limit would not be a problem.  He went over the tracks, slightly airborne, crossed into the officer's lane and showered him with sparks from the underside of his little ricemobile.  Needless to say, the officer pulled him.  What in the heck was this guy thinking?
