Take a look at the shipping cost from the wholesaler. That usually offsets the great price.

 

Whatever is chrome is what you'll get with the grill. (I'm pretty sure). Even though the grill comes apart in sections once it's off the truck, I don't think you can order those sections independent. I haven't seen the flaps in person or know how they work, but swapping out grills shouldn't affect that. You should visit your dealer's parts department and verify this.
