My 8" mylink screen is black after disconnecting the battery. Ive tried disconnecting the battery for a while and nothing. The touch still works on the screen, but it is black. It is like the backlight is out. Has anyone had this problem and how have you fixed it?

Any updates? This just happened to me. Did your HMI module go out? Mine goes to the dealer tomorrow.
