Tire and Wheel advice/opinions. 2015 Sierra AT

Hello guys,

Looking for some advice/opinions on what I should do. I have a 2015 Sierra AT double cab with 20" AT wheels and I am going to do the 2" level. I am debating on keeping the stock 20s and get a 33" all terrain or mud tire in a 285 or 295 width or just get new rims with more of a offset to prevent rubbing issues with the bigger tires. I get a lot of mixed reviews on peoples bigger tires rubbing with a level and just want to know the best options.

I have 285's factory 20inch wheels with a 2 inch level. You will have to trim the inner fender liner and mine does rub full lock forward and reverse.

I have +15 offset 20inch after market wheels with 305/55/20 tires that get an occasional rub only when reversing and it's not consistent. This is on a 2" level. I'd seen somebody mention they got away with a 2" level and +18 offset with no rubbing as well. Not sure how far you can go above/below without rubbing the inner wheel well or the exterior fender/bumper.

IMO the 20" Original All Terrain wheels look dang good which is why I kept mine after level and tires. My truck rubs slightly when reversing and turning right with the 33x12.5's Toyo RT. I feel the Duratracs might have a little more clearance but you might consider a 2.5" level.

I traded my polished SLT wheels for All Terrain. I think you have the best looking wheel out there already. If it ain't broke dont fix it! Just put some badass tires on and call it a day.
