Silverado Mylink

I have a 2014 Silverado High Country that is having mylink issues. I can be driving the street and all of a sudden the navigation turns on and I'm 100 miles away from the Atlantic Ocean. Then it bounces back to the radio and the stations start to change. I've taken the truck to get repaired 3 times and now they are telling me the code it gives cannot be found so they can no longer do anything about it. I honestly think they just want me to trade in for a new truck which I am not willing to do. Anyone have this issue?
