2011HD 6.0 Service 4wd - C0327

intermittent Service 4wd , comes and goes the motor seems slow to shift most of the time.

Truck has only 20000 miles. But what's weird is I'm not even using the 4wd when I see this error.

I been told to go look for bad ground. Which is could be with a 6 yrs old truck.

no one knows? I just plugged in a new actuator still says service 4wd. how can I reset this?

Which actuator did you replace? The code description indicates a encoder motor sensor circuit malfunction. I've seen and fixed a number of these that had wiring issues related to this code and other 4WD "C" codes. Most common of those being a break/ corrosion in the wiring right at the plug (often inside the connector where it's crimped to the pin).
