Color Match front grill 2014 Sierra

Looking for advice for color matching the chrome trim piece around the grill on My 2014 sierra. Trying not to buy the high dollar from the factory piece and painting it. Are you able to get a non painted anywhere that not terribly expensive, or any way of removing the chrome and repainting and have it come out looking factory?

why not vinyl wrap it? thats what im planning
