2002 Yukon XL 2500 8.1, fenders and frame rear cross member

I have just recently bought a 2002 Yukon that is in need of some repairs, and I have a few questions I was hoping for help with.

 

I live in Norway, and all the salt on the winter roads are taring our cars and trucks apart with corrosion. Because of that, I will need to replace both front fenders, and would like to find out if I can use fenders from Tahoe and Suburban or others. Can anyone tell me if there are any difference between these, and which fender I can use from which truck ?

 

The frame on my truck is covered with surface rust, but on the rear cross member it has gone to far, and I will need to grind down the rivets, and replace the cross member.

I have found out that this part is not available new, and will therefor try to locate a used one in good condition. My question is, can I search for cross members from other trucks, if so, which ?

Will a cross member from a Suburban, Silverado or Sierra fit my Yukon frame ? Are there any place that I can find out which trucks has the same frame, and even other parts, as the fenders ?
