can i swap a 5.3 out of a 2010 to a 4.8 out of a 2011 w/ harness

i have a 2010 1500 LT 4x4 with a 5.3 in it. there was a small fire that destroyed wiring harness and injectors and coils on it. I also have a 2011 1500 LS 4x4 with a 4.8 in it w/ 17K on it that is a write off. Can i put the 4.8 with the wiring harness in the 2010 Both trucks have a 4L60E transmissions in them and i was told the blocks are the same on both 4.8 and 5.3. so i`m not sure if the harness will work out , both trucks have very similar options and look very much the same under the hood. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance Michael
