2014 Silverado stalling out rough idle

I've got a 2014 Silverado, the truck stalled on me today sitting in a parking lot with the ac on. It's almost like any slight change in rpm at idle sends the truck into panic mode and it won't regain a smooth idle to the point where it shuts off completely. I've seen one other video on the problem but no one seems to have any answers or causes. It's like the truck is missing but it hasn't set any codes. Any advice would be great.
