Saw one of these being used to grade dirt forest roads at a site I was working. Seems like a lot of stress on the hitch.

I suppose, depending on the user and what they are doing. The hitch weighs 150 lb according to the brochure. Add whatever implement weight. Might really only be practical with a 2500 or higher.

 

Did also come across this one. A less costly alternative, but also not as functional. Would probably require a drop receiver adaptor to change angle of attack on a blade or rake.
