I have a 2002 Silverado 1500HD with a 6.0L engine.

I made this post to show pictures of how to quickly fix an exhaust manifold leak without having to deal with the broken exhaust manifold bolts.

I purchased 2 clamps from DORMAN

Part #917-107

Part #917-142

Note: Kral Auto Parts LLC also sells their version of this item. (https://kralautoparts.com/shop)

I could find good images of these clamps installed on the passenger side so I will help out the next guy.

Notes:

Part #917-107 installation on passenger side front conflicts with EGR mount. On the DORMAN website it says this clamp does not work for vechiles with EGR mounted here, but I think it could...You just have to find some longer mounting bolts (of the right grade metal ("10 9" on bolt head I think)) and a spacer/bushing to fill the gap seen in image.

Testing it out once I get my new spark plugs in the mail. =-)

Part #917-142 installation on passenger side rear conflicts with dip stick. Be careful when installing clamp not to snap off your rusty dip stick. I didn't snap mine, but I have read many stories of other people having this dip stick break due to rust.
