All,

 

I have been a Supporting Vendor on this forum for about 6 months now offering PnP Harnesses to members that want to upgrade their side mirrors. I am able to do this as long as I am able to get harnesses back through my Core Exchange Program ($40 Core Refund for a set of harnesses) OR find them elsewhere at a price that will allow me to continue offering this service.

 

While I appreciate all the orders that have come through and being able to help other members achieve this upgrade with ease, I am at a point where the supply of cores are either not coming back OR I am not able to find harnesses in bulk to continue supporting this program.

 

SO - I am looking for anyone that has a set of harnesses they would like to get rid of. I am looking to offer $40 for a set of shipped harnesses. If you have any, please PM to work out details.

 

If I am not able to replenish my stock, I will either have to put this entire program on hold until I can get more in, stop the program all together, or have unknown lead times to fill orders.

 

I will continue to answer any questions around the upgrade and continue to support and offer the DIY Kit in the meantime.

Yep. If cores come back, I'd be able to continue. Had to resort to ebay to find some.

Update**. Was able to find some harnesses and back on track to fill orders. All open orders have been filled but always looking for more cores. If you have some harnesses, let me know.

      I understand that. The price is what it is, though. The price is what oil costs today, where our choices have led us, where supply is, and where demand is, in the market that is. Speculation is for futures, what we think the price will be, but with incomplete information at the time the price is forecast. I know you know this, but you appear to be intent on making a secondary point here about what you think the market could or should be, if only other choices.   In 1975 it became illegal to export US Crude. I'm conflicted on what the best answer is. Free markets allow export in pursuit of profit. But there is also a lot to gain by producing and consuming our own oil here. How do you reconcile it?

      That sir is a choice. And even if it were not for all the reasons stated, this disruption has zero to do with the reality of the actual logistics and everything to do with the greed of SPECULATION. Spot price is irrelevant to reality.

      What I think you're saying is there is supply here at home, and in Venezuela, and we could ease pricing if only it were favorable to do so.   Well, yes?   But that's not the current market. Supply isn't what could someday exist, if only, it's what producers are willing to produce and sell at a certain price point.   The national price of single family homes would come way down if we'd just slap together a few million homes this summer.   RAM and GPUs would get a lot cheaper if we just set up some factories to produce a bunch more and stopped using it to build out AI data centers.

      The turn signal/multifunction switch is faulty.  I've seen a few of these go bad at work.

      I am experiecing the same issue, I have gone in the setting and disabled rain sensing function but I am still experiencing this. Whe i use my turn signal they will redomly turn on. Sometime they stay on and others times we swipe 2 or 3 times and stop. Its super anoying, escpecially after a fresh wash.
