Shimmy after lowering

Recommended Posts

So I have a 2014 silverado crewcab 2wd, and I lowered the front with mcgaughys 2" drop spindles and a rough country flip kit on the rear for a drop of 4.5". I had a shimmy between 10-15mph and 25-30mph. So i threw some 2degree shims in and the shimmy went away at the 25-30mph range but the 10-15 shimmy is still there. I have tried 4 and 6 degree shims and it got worse with them. I am at a loss of what it could be, any suggestions?

Maybe trans spacer or get the 2 piece drive shaft conversion

I did a 7" rear drop and my angles were all messed up. Every truck is different. Mine needed a 6* shim while others have been fine with no shims.
