Stock Torsion Bar Keys with Lift Blocks

Thinking about getting a leveling kit for my 03 1500HD. The kit im looking at comes with shocks shock extenders new keys and 1 inch lift blocks for around 300 bucks. But I was doing some looking around and saw that you can buy the loft blocks by them selfs. Question is if i get a 1 inch block or mabey even a 1.5 inch could I get the amount of lift neccesary to level the truck with my stock keys? If I when this rout I could buy some longer shocks from say 4wheel parts. Or just
