2016 1500 stabilizer upgrade

I just want to ask has anyone upgraded their stabilizer on a 1500

 

I can't seem to find a name brand one that doesn't just say "universal fit" I'd prefer a fox or a 5100. Any help would be awesome.

 

Only reason I want to upgrade is because my steering wheel feels funny after taking turns it goes from feeling tight to feeling loose. but I could just be crazy.

A steering stabilizer? I don't see a way or need for it with a rack and pinion.
