Silverado Ltz headlight 2nd led strip quesrion

I know there is a place to get a harness to make the led strips stay bright when the lights are on like the drls but....

 

Is there any way to make the 2nd led strips as bright also?

I like to run the fogs in the daytime and if I switch the auto off you can't really see that either led strip is on (I have a pearl white truck) but if i just put the fogs on without taking the auto lights off all you see in the day is the drl strip and the 2nd strip you can't even tell is on... so just in case I lost anyone I want to be able to kill the auto lights in the day and habe both sets of my leds as bright as the drl... HELP!! Lol

Every vehicle I've had I run the fogs and parking lights in the day...
