Mine is not. I've taken full measure of the technology offered.

 

But I wish every one of my surrounding drivers were as diligent as you.

 

 

Meanwhile, why does the reverse process disrupt the origination of a communication opportunity? Camera?

My truck is a call and text free zone.

If it's not an emergency (medical) it can wait IMO.

But the public can't resist the need to talk and text. A business owner I cut some slack. :happysad:

Guys - do you believe using the hands-free technology as designed is the problem?

 

I see the idiots that miss the signal, can't negotiate a turn, blindly enter the intersection, cross the center line, etc., all the time. It's really tempting to stereotype - mom or college kid - but the club is not exclusive.

 

I say well executed hands-free is generally fine. No different than having a conversation with someone in the front passenger seat. Just take some personal responsibility. If all you personally can handle is to ban the use 100%, then I am really glad you do.

 

But I'm hijacking my own topic. The question is (was), why does the technology cut out when you move into reverse. Typically from PARK I might add...
